Activation, not availability.

Martin-Walters Logistics does not offer services on demand.

We operates as a failure-absorption layer that activates only when freight deviates from the plan. Our role is to contain disruption quickly, quietly, and within defined boundaries, so primary systems can continue to function.

If normal operations are holding, we stay out of the way.

Activation Modes

Short-Notice Absorption (0 - 48 Hours)

Activation Trigger: Freight tendered inside a 48-hour window.

What We Do: We secure execution-focused capacity where speed matters more than optimization, absorbing the timing compression before it spreads through planning and carrier networks.

What We Do Not Do: We do not rebid lanes, shop rates, or disrupt awarded carriers.

Routing Guide Stall Coverage

Activation Trigger: Routing guide rejections or non-acceptance exceeding 15 minutes.

What We Do: We intervene to contain delay and preserve pickup integrity, preventing escalation from becoming a service issue.

What We Do Not Do: We do not replace routing logic or override carrier award structures.

Service Failure Containment

Activation Trigger: Missed pickups or unresolved service failures exceeding 30 minutes.

What We Do: We isolate the issue and stabilize execution before downstream operations are affected.

What We Do Not Do: We do not assign blame, restructure networks, or manage carrier relationships beyond containment.

What This Is Not

Martin-Walters Logistics is not:

• a spot-quote provider

• a lane-shopping intermediary

• a backup broker on standby

• a rate-driven capacity source

Our works begins where optimization ends.

Designed with limits.

We operate exclusively within the Southeast: AL • GA • FL • NC • SC • TN

This model is built for SMB manufactures and distributors running 50 – 300 loads per month, where continuity matters more than scale.

Volume is intentionally contained. That constraint is what makes activation reliable.

Discuss activation at youR volume pace.

If deviation is becoming harder to contain, an operational conversation can clarify whether this model fits your environment.
